Final reminder about today’s bargaining session! It will take place on Zoom starting at 12pm and go until approximately 5pm.
To get the link, you must first join the observer room at 11:45am to discuss ground rules. If you can’t attend the pre-meeting at 11:45, but would like to join the session later, please reach out to Jonathan at +1 (484)-238-8424 at any time during the session to receive instructions for joining.
Please attend if you can! The more of us who participate, the more power we will have to fight back against WCM’s refusal to agree to basic rights that other postdocs have, like protections against unfair termination and identity-based discrimination. WCM’s current probation proposal would allow postdocs to be fired without justification during the first 4 months of their appointments. You do not need to stay for the full session – even an hour helps show WCM that we are engaged and paying attention!
