Postdocs delivered the open letter to the Dean’s office this morning

At our last bargaining session, the WCM administration said they would work on an updated counter proposal addressing remaining economic issues. Since then, we delivered an open letter to the Dean signed by over 75% of postdocs urging the administration to agree to a fair contract that includes a timely and respectful process for layoffs in cases of insufficient funding, instead of Force Majeure.
The message from postdocs is clear. We hope the WCM administration will come to the table with proposals that reflect a real effort to reach an agreement on a fair contract. Please click here to RSVP if you would like to attend the session tomorrow and meet us in Belfer lobby at 11:45.
