As you may already be aware, the direct election process for our UAW International Officers has begun.
It is essential that all members in good standing are able to exercise their democratic right to vote in this election.
If you have not yet received your ballot to vote in the ongoing election at this time, please request a new ballot by:
1. Filling out the following online request form: https://mrgballot.com/newRequest; and/or
2. Calling the following number: 855-433-8683
The final date by which replacement ballots can be requested is Wednesday, September 23, 2026. If you need to request a new ballot, be sure to do so as soon as possible.
Key Dates:

On or about August 21, 2026: First distribution of mail-in ballots to the Electorate.

August 26, 2026: First date when requests for replacement ballots may be made to the Election Vendor at https://mrgballot.com/newRequest or by calling 855-433-8683.

September 23, 2026: Final date by which replacement ballots can be requested from the Election Vendor.

September 30, 2026: Final date by which members must be in good standing in order to have their vote counted in the Election.

October 5, 2026: Deadline for all return ballots to be received by the designated U.S. Post Office.

October 6, 2026: Vote tabulation begins (Rosemont, IL).
Ballots
As noted above, on or about August 21, 2026, the Election Vendor began distributing mail-in ballots to the electorate.
Your ballot will be contained in a ballot package with a pre-paid return envelope with your name on it. Be sure to mail in your own ballot only.
Please be aware that you may receive more than one ballot in the mail. If this happens, please return only one (only one will count) and dispose of any others.
