We’re excited to introduce our new and first stewards for the Weill Cornell Medicine Postdoc Union (WCMPU)! With our Union contract now being enforced, identifying your steward is especially important, as they are your first point of contact and can provide timely, personalized support.
Stewards are here to support you—so if you have any concerns, questions, or need guidance on workplace issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your designated steward. Following our union’s nomination process, the stewards now serve as elected representatives of our postdoc community and are committed to helping ensure your voice is heard and your rights are protected.
