We are writing to share the results of the membership-wide vote on the proposed amendments and resolutions for Local 4100 to bring to the 2026 UAW Constitutional Convention.
All proposed amendments and resolutions passed. The results are as follows:
Constitutional Amendment to Meet the New Organizing Moment: Approved by 98%

Resolution on Fighting Attacks Against Immigrant Workers: Approved by 91%
[43 Approve / 2 Reject / 2 Abstain]
Resolution on Advancing a Worker-Led Plan for American Science: Approved by 100%
[47 Approve / 0 Reject / 0 Abstain]
Resolution to Build a Working-Class Political Movement: Approved by 89%
[42 Approve / 2 Reject / 3 Abstain]
Resolution on Modernizing UAW’s Financial Processes: Approved by 96%
[45 Approve / 2 Reject / 0 Abstain]
Resolution on Supporting Pro-Worker, Green Industrial Policies: Approved by 98%
[46 Approve / 1 Reject / 0 Abstain]
Protect UAW Members’ Right to Vote for International Officers: Approved by 98%
[46 Approve / 0 Reject / 1 Abstain]
The results indicate strong support from our membership to advance these priorities at the Constitutional Convention and will be submitted by the Local to the UAW International’s Secretary-Treasure’s office in the upcoming days.
